    A good afternoon.

Your right there Buck. Awesome sight riding around the bays. Every bend you went around, all you could see was a stream of bikes in front and behind.

Some absolutely amazing machines. From new HD's down to old bonnies and commando's, with a mix of Sports bikes in between (and my little CBX).
One old classic HD cruiser (thought it was a Goldwing initially) which, although not my style of bike, was a beautiful machine. The little 6-7 year sitting in the Queen seat on the back had a ball.

The noise when we first fired up at the start was deafening.

Only down side of the day was watching a guy on a black Ducati drop it on a slow turn coming out of College Street (after the ride). I think he came to a stop and his foot went into the gutter rather than onto the flat. His pillion jumped off and I think he somehow managed to stop the bike from grounding the side.
He went passed me on the motorway about 3 mins later and I couldn't see any damage, so good on him.

I think the organisers did a great job, good support by the riders recognising the theme and the general public were taken a back a bit by the number of bikes - waves from the footpath and out the front of houses.

A good afternoon and will certainly get along next year.

    Heads Up and Enjoy

Yes,must agree, great cause & a good day out,I took my wife along, she had not been on the back of my R6 before, was having issues with small sports bike seat/riding position by the end
Full credit to Micheal & Gerrad Dobson & the crew for organising it
I was also following that guy on the full dress Harley with his daughter on the back, man was he having some troubles with the side wind,he was all over the place
It was also good to see such a broad spectrum of bikes & riders

Fantastic day; it was so well organised, and a great turnout to boot.
well done to the organisers - and the generosity of the shops - fantastic spot prizes, and won a shirt so thats not too shabby.

Was a great way to 'break' my girlfriend in to being a pillion, if not a wee windy in places! she had a blast although i nearly lost her when she saw the Harleys and wanted to ride on one of those instead!

Will try get some of our photos up soon.
