    HDTboy does PMCC round 2

Well the bike ran mint all day today in contrast to round 1.

I was entered in F2, Post Classics and F3, which happened to be the order the racing was being run in.

Went out in F2 practise and was surpised to only be passed by a few bikes, I knew I had good pace so only did one set of practise rounds.

F2 First race, I went out, and had a good battle. finished mid field.
Second race. I gassed the bike up too much on the exit to turn one, spun the rear, and lowsided off the track. picked the bike up and rode back to the pits.
Third race. I had to fight not to be a back marker, it seems the other guys learnt the way around the track while I was sitting on the grass.

Post Classics First race, I had a good battle with an RD350 for the first couple of laps, then made too many mistakes and couldn't haul him in. 2nd place.
    Second race, see above.
Third race, I was detirmined to get at least one win out of the day, so I battled with the same RD350 for 3 and a bit laps, then got in front of him and left him behind. My first race win ever

F3 First race, I can't remember much about, but finished mid field.
Second race, I broke into the top ten, got 9th spot on an 18 year old bike with a rooted rear shock and tyre, and the wrong gearing. I smiled.
Third race, was pretty tired, and spent too much time behind Goblin, so only got 12th.

Cheers to the Rotorua crew for the help getting me to the track, and Meeky for her quick help when I came in with bike problems

What's all that about then? If i pissed you off on the day, why didn't you say anything to me? I made one dodgy move that I can remember, and apologised to the rider concerned straight after the race. he was fine with that.

Well done Gav, A top effort! I bet you can hardly wait to sling a leg over that 600 now!

I cannot comment on the post above, but imho it's good to get these issues resolved on the day at the track.
