Forks and me

Since I prefer bikes to people I spent my saturday night in my garage (7pm 12.30pm) doing oil seals and of course oil for my forks.
Yes, that is a long time.
Why? I've never done that before......learning is fun.
What do you need?
Oil, seals, wooden mallet, flathead screwdriver, allen keys, spanners, sockets and AND AANNNNNNDDDD a HEAT GUN!!!!! Lots of rags/cleaner/degreaser/newspaper/coffee.
Thankfully one of my few tools was a HEAT GUN (signwriting) after many futile SMASHINGS of my poor bush into the other stuff without much movement I heated everything up to "owie" point. and then SMASHED away again with results.
Things are lovely now, bike doesn't try to kill me...... I'm in love again
So what am i saying? Ask someone who has done it previously before attempting such endeavours, so you can now ask me hurrah!\

Well done Bangbug. I wasn't brave enough to do it myself and took the Volty to the professionals. Isn't it great not to do a nosedive every time you stop?
