Karagahake Gorge is between Paeroa and Waihi. Now only 80 k speed limit but some real nice twisties.
RSV Mille: No madam, its an Aprilia, not a Harley. If it were a Harley, I would be pushing it !

Do the GSXR 250's have plenty of go because I've heard that against CBR's and ZXR's there a bit slugish ??

My mate has a gsxr and he keeps up no worries under acceleration...although he does weigh 20 kilos less than me!!!Not sure about top speed though.

Yeah i think judging by the bike meeky mouse rides you mean the GSX 250's not the gsxr's theres a big difference.

Yes the GSX features roughly 15hp less than its 4cyl friends

    Hey there

Well done on getting out there, regardless of the cc rating of your bike

I have ridden my ole 250 around East Cape, Coromandel, Wairarapa and just about everywhere in between and I still enjoy it
Its not the fastest bike, but I have more fun than some of the others (especially on gravel )

Next year we are taking our 250's around NZ
    Looking forward to it too

    Again well done and enjoy
