It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

I have just returned from picking up my bike from Whangamata, I stopped on the way back and had a moment of reflection of yesterdays events, even now it is hard to stomach, being with Jimmy,Nikki,Andy,Jen and others last night somehow made a little easier, to be at home now and see Bruce's car here after yesterday morning pulling both our bikes out of the garage and seeing only one back is gut wrenching. To all that were there yesterday I thank you for the support, to Nikki and the families & friends I am so very sorry, I have tears in my eyes as I write this, Bruce to me was an employee someone who shared our house with and first and foremost a friend.
A good friend will bail you out of jail........
But a true friend will be sitting next to you saying Damn we f****d up

May you two rest in peace and the most sincere condolences to the families and friends. You'll be sorely missed but fondly remembered.
