$20 bucks! I got them for free. At that price I still consider them a rip-off.
It's not about the price vs quality. I'm happy to pay $100 or so for gloves. But when the packaging go on about being so and so waterproof and I find these the least waterproof gloves I have ever used, that annoys me. False advertising.

    Neo Storm

My opinion for what its worth on these gloves.....bought a pair in Dec last year and have ridden in both fine weather and heavy rain (rain being in early Feb in Auckland at HOG Rally...torrential downpour). Not only did my hands stay nice and warm but they were also dry.

    I rate these gloves highly.......

I did my South Island trip beginning of this month and it poured down on the way to Wellington. I was wearing Spidi Step In Road gear, Spidi Waterproof gloves and Oxtar waterproof boots. Dry as a bone

We did our tour down south at the beginning of March and got caught out in ugly weather on the West Coast in summer gloves so nipped in to Greymouth Honda. Got some Oxford waterproof gloves for under $100 and they did the biz even in absolutely torrential rain. I wouldn't mind a set of those NZ made overmitts that were mentioned earlier in the thread. Have read that they are selling very well overseas.

So this ole story still has some life in it.
Blackbird,Hailwood & Finn - good to hear what works for others.
Funny enough I bought some Dirider leather gloves today. What with winter lurking about I thought I better try something else.

I've had a pair of Neo gloves for about 3 months, they were great until they got wet (that really bad weather we had a few weeks or so ago), they trapped the water in the gloves and ever since then they are horrible to wear, let the cold air in and chill the hands, they feel like they are still damp. Before that soaking they handled little showers well.
Mind you it took over two months for the damn dye to stop leeching out of them, purple hands are not a good way to greet people.
They are going in the bin as soon as I can get to a bike shop - $70 bucks down the drain, live and learn I suppose, get what you pay for ...

Oh and these were replacements, the first pair lasted two days, the stitching on a finger broke apart - manufacturing fault
We childproofed our homes, but they are still getting in.

They are called "Rain-Off" - based in Auckland.

We recently toured the Sth Island and hit nasty weather from the Lewis Pass on for 3 days. Everything else aside these are the ducks' nuts! Toasty warm, very dry.

I have a pair of these too. Great in heavy rain and also in frosty weather as they stop the air getting through.
