Which oil for CB400SF?

I want to give my CB400SF a service - oil, plugs filters etc. but as most of the stuff on the internet for CB400's is in Japanese I'm a bit stuck. What oil do you reccomend? also which plugs? and do you just find a Honda agent for filters or do I have to learn Japanese and order on line?

3.6L Rebuild
2.9L Oil & Filter
2.7L Oil Only

Take an existing plug out and check that. Same with the filter.
