Or are you saying we joke about the MS fools all the time?

When I changed employers, I was annoyed that I had to use Windows on my desktop (Like.. Fuck..) and thought I would find the experience frustrating and quite shitty.

Anyway, now that I have been here for a few months, I can happily confirm that using Windows on my desktop is very fucking frustrating and very fucking shitty.

    Pfft.

A long time ago, I decided that I would go insane if I had to earn a living dealing with buggy software written by someone else.

Now I write buggy software for other people to go insane dealing with, and am fulfilled.

    Come. Join the dark side!

    Muahahahaha.

Oh yeah. Operating systems are for pussies.

I know what he's talking about, I use it every day...

d20 means delete twenty lines. :wq means save changes and quit.

He's talking about vi, God's Own text editor...

I am not talking about vi.

TA may actually be geeky enough to know something about UNIX even though he has a sense of humour.

If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

    Bloody geek DD players
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

    Observe.

    Code:
    Storsj@serv480:%blow
-bash: fg: %blow: no such job
Sadly stalwart 'make love' no longer works with modern GNU makes.
if you're a gentoo geek, try
    emerge moo

    thanks for the PM btw

Give Duncan & Ryan a call. I've only ever dealt with them from the employer's side, but my experience with them has been universally positive. They're not a bunch of money-grubbing CV-spamming cunts like most recruitment agencies.

You're thinking of Eminem's band D12. Which is named after a Bulldozer.

    Mmm purple pills.

    Scary place!

This thread is about as foreign to me as a hobbit or the demon spawn of an orc.

Good on boxes lots of people ssh into. People are forever typing 'sl' when they want 'ls'.
