Baby seals crossing the road at Kaikoura. (Un-P.C. thought)

Saw an item on the news last night about baby fur seals being in danger crossing the highway at Kaikoura. It occurred to me that if a baby seal is successful crossing the road it is still a fur-seal. However, if it gets flattened by an 18 wheeler does that make it a tar-seal?

Har Har. Don't need to be making too much noise about it there'll be millions of tax dollars spent on baby seal underpasses every 100mtrs.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

Sound like a new name I should tattoo on my new club
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

I've got some lovely fur seal slippers.

    It's not an exclusive club.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Well, if one of them makes it as far as a bar, what do you reckon it'll order?

As Cheech Marin so appropriately put it.......

Save the Whales, save those big fat funky Whales,
But shoot the seals, coz they're eating all the fish.
