Some hints - try to avoid getting the instruments in the shot - if mr plod stops you and you have been misbehaving he could swipe it and use it in evidence against you. Also if it's auto focusing, you lose the focus beyond the cockpit.

Would be stink if you put yourself in the shit like that, but that's gotta be half the reason you have a tank cam. Plus evading the cops would make a mint video

Gunner has. I'm going to get one soon. There's a few reviews on that link that was posted by Kendog on page one.

    Hey DMNTD,

Let me know what you think. Looks like a reasonable bit of kit for the price.

Haven't had a play with it yet as someone forgot to buy batteries for it so at the moment it's looking styley on my kitchen table.
From what I/we can make out one would be muchly disappointed if one missed out on one of these!
When I bought it from Noel Lemmings I priced up a SD card for it...same price as the camera,$200....so I've just bought one off TradeMe for $70.00 delivered.

I picked one up the other day. I found a spot for it on the left fork just above the bottom triple tree. That point of view should mean that there is nothing of the bike in the picture and a full view of the road. Wind noise might be a problem though, but you can turn off the microphone if need be. I might try it out tomorrow, if the SD card arrives.

You dont need a SD card it has 32mb on board.

I went and bought one today to put on my bucket racer If I face it rearwards Ill be able to see how everyone passes me so easily.

32MB internal memory is good for 51sec's I think at it's highest quality
With a 2GB memory card...$70 off TM,it'll take it up just over an hour

Hmm... I think one of us might have to bring a laptop to the pub next time you're down this way.

The bastards still haven't got my SD card. Fancy offering a deal on one with the camera... but not having one in stock in order to be able to honour the deal when it is made.
I got impatient waiting for the memory upgrade, and tried the camera out on the handlebar the other day. I decided I didn't like the fork mount idea, it was too bodged. It seems to work okay, but it would be nice to get more than a minute of footage. There might be a bit of a vibration problem to sort out, a longer vid would confirm that, this may not be too easy to resolve with a solid mounted donk and with me not wanting mount a camera on my helmet.

I think I captured a UFO in the top left corner of the screen, right at the end of the clip. Weird.

I would be very interested in your findings.

I have had a look locally for one of these babies and there is none on the shelves here

Looks like a great day here I would expect some footage tonight

    Cheers
