Riding while sick?

I sneezed IN my helmet once..........(did I just admit that) it wasn't pretty. At least I had a face warmer on, but we won't go there.

ive been riding with glandular fever for two weeks
got so week i fell off in a car park
thought it was the flue
now i cant see out of one eye
and my kidneys nearly shut down
dont do it
ive got so week i can not even move my bike
and i have to get a lift to the doctor

Tear some toilet paper and stuff it up your nose... I do that when I've got a nose bleed and it works a treat.

i get bitchin hayfever, and the ride from picton to chch was so nasty. my nose and eyes were both running for the gold. i ride with an open facer, and every so often, drag my glove thumb underneath. easier than reaching my tongue to wipe it off, lol. id go with crashes idea of a bandanna around your lower face. maybe put a padding of tissues to save from ruining it.

giant maxi-pad ..... that'd do it ......

riding with the visor open might be like a flystrip though? Loads of dead bugs by the time you got home
