his explanantion of it does it more than enough justice!

the only body work on it is the tank which is black with a red honda wing on each side.

needs an exhaust, fairings, tyres etc etc... give him $1000 and be done with it.

    alright
who ever says it NEEDS 4+ grand worth of work on it, step up. show us your nuts.

maybe you were one of the 500 people that came and stared at my bike during the day, and got confused reading the vivid vivid, but i'd like to know what the necesary 4+ grand is going to be spent on.

the only necesary things, from a mechanical perspective would be a service. oil and filter etc maybe spark plugs, play hide an go seek with the shims or what ever your supposed to do to them.
the front subframe has cracked, but it is held in place by two custom cut (by me) bits of steel/alimunium noit sure which.

the fairings are held in place by nuts and bolts, not cable ties.
the tires on it are good for a few races/ track days
the chain an sprokets may need replacing soon, but im not worried about it sapping power or snapping in the near future

    what else does it need?

the person im aiming to sell is either A STUNTER!) or someone who wants to try out racing/track days/clubmans etc, and not worry to much about biffing there shiny bike, im not aiming at selling to someone that wants to win the nationals. the bikes 4 years old. thats two life cycles for a bike. its over the hill, it will never win the nationals. ok?

if your going to say it needs ohlins and yoshi bits then you have missed the whole point of the bike. ohlins and yoshi bits would be nice, but they arent necesary, learn to ride first.

i bought it as an entry level racer. (cant stand sub 600 bikes, there to old small, slow and uncomfortable) to have a go at track racing. have some fun riding as fast as i want. to try and learn how to ride around corners faster. i was 6+ seconds off andrew stroud at wanganui. 6+ seconds off sherrifs at manfield and dont know how slow at taupo but ohlins an yoshi bits wont make me any quicker at this stage. when im 2 seconds off the pace id think about the machinery not the rider.

its about getting out there an doing it. next offer that wont buy you a gn250 will get poo flung at them. literal.

What seriously is the price you want for this bike? Doing some trackdays now and stunting. Flick me a pm.

Is the engine still solid or will it need a bit of a tune up and such.

Rode it when sudeep had it and loved the ease of it wheelying.
Lump lingered last in line for brains,
And the ones she got were sort of rotten and insane...
