Lol whynot - it's not on a lot of maps.

Zoom out on here smap a tad and it's just SouthWest of Grey Lynn, and west of Arch Hill and Kingsland. There's a big park called, um, Western Springs.

I wish I was the man in the av.........well, kinda.
Back when he was in his prime.

I'm looking to book a hotel for an Auckland visit in that area of WS so just wanted to find a place that was'nt miles away.

WS is only 10 minutes from the CBD and there is a motorway off ramp that drops you right there.

The zoo and MOTAT are in that same park (Western Springs Park) - I think some of the road signs might point to them rather than mentioning "Western Springs" as a name. But the motorway off-ramp on SH16 (the north-western motorway) is called Western Springs. I think. Must learn to be more observant.

It says "St Lukes" and "Western Springs"

As St Lukes shopping centre mall is just up the road.
