Would it be fair to say that all the principles explained in this book are relevant still? I was always told that you take what you want from the book i.e. not everyone agrees with what is said.

    Having trouble articulating myself today.

Bruce Lee always advocated learning everything but only practice and hone the skills/techniques that work for you.

    Similar philosophy ?

All apply brilliantly mate, I have read all his books and others by different writers, and 100% believe that Kieth Codes A Twist of the wrist is the very best of them all.

I think that his later books became a continued money making idea

Take what you want from it, But I applied all exercises as per described and really worked at them, I ended up on the Japanes Superbike Grid after only having done 15 Road races in my life and no dirt riding!

I still operate to the basic principles of his guide

Twist of the Wrist II is the better, more up-to-date version.
I'm only wearing black until they develop something darker

    Twisties

How big are they? They could be "accidently" posted up here for all to "view" for later purchase.

I'd be keen to grab a PDF of version II. I have the book at the moment but am only borrowing it from CaN, and must return it soon... Would the PDF be on a disc or is it linked off somewhere online?

I do want to start racing so I figure reading the instructions is cheaper and less painful than newbie trial and error.

    Thanks boys for the links
