(sorry if anyone got mislead by the NOS in the title, I want New Old Stock, not Nitrous...)
For Suzuki parts I know that www.suziparts.com.au will have just about anything i could desire for my GS. Now I'm looking for a similar site that will have bits, particularly gearbox bits, for a 1987 FZR1000.
I've decided that my sons Fizzer is too good to dump, so I'm going to try and resurrect it. It jumps out of the top three gears whenever any sort of power is applied.
Any suggestions?

Lots of fizzer riders on these sites, mainly 600 riders, but a few have thous.
You may get lucky there.

Yes, the manual confirmed what I was hoping I wouldn't have to do, that is, pull the head and barrel to get the cases apart. What a prick of a design! How could anyone seriously race one of these things if changing gear ratios mean't a full engine strip? Even old (pre-cassette gearbox) designs usually let the cases split without touching the top end.
