    Hey Deano

I read in the promotional poster up at the summit cafe that back protectors are required. Are the pads of foam in the back of my jacket good enuff? I didn't have a problem in september...

Hey Deano you seem to be in bed with the organisers. How about a 800cc class- no jinx'd seven fiddies allowed.
Better still a 800cc parallel twin class so I can clean up.
I might enter the new bike but it's not worth the effort doing the flying- no chance of setting the world on fire there. But I'm interested to get the beemer timed over the standing 1/4 starts. It seems quite quick off the mark in the lower gears.
Will there be a wheelie session? Always a crowd pleaser. That way I'll get more for my entry fee.

    Deano ,

Can you confirm if back protectors are mandatory for this event ?
    It's not a beer pot .... It's a fuel tank for a sex machine

Yes they are. There are about 6 available for hire on the day for $10.

I've been appointed to the committee, but I ain't getting into bed with any of them.

I'm sure you will have a good shot at retaining your 'best wheelie' title !!

10s is slow. Sub 5s is respectable.
