"Sunny Wairarapa" lived up to it's name on February 11, for Cliffhanger Promotions' motorcycle sprints on Dalefield Road, Carterton.

Sunny Wairarapa?? WTF, it was overcast! In my memory at least. It wasn't too hot therefore. I hate journos who make shit up.

Oh, ok, looking back at the photos it was a bit sunny at some stage.

Nah, I got burnt, as did a few competitors. It was pleasantly cool in the morn, but hot later in the arvo.

Mate, with that pasty complexion you'd sun burnt on a moonlit night.

Looked pretty cloudy to me, oh thats right, I wasn't there. Bugger missed all the sausages. Would have made an extra effort if pies were available.
