Me too. It was a shame they filmed those wrestling scenes so 'up close'.
You couldn't make out who was who and it did get blurry and the action, up close, was too fast to follow. But these were only minor grizzles and it didn't happen much in the overall scheme of things. The slow mo scenes made up for it though. That scorpion chasing the soldiers over the sand...awesome.
Second good point Buggie, we could have done with more close ups of the chicks.
The masturbation discussion with his Mum & Dad was a crack up. I'm sure other parents were squirming like me expecting awkward questions from the Kids.

    Right...

Time to go through my kids toy boxes and dust off those old transformers. Remember that some of them cost over $100 each...

May the bridges I burn light the way.

ha! yeah, that was a classic scene. I've been thinking bout going to see it again actually. Just can't get over the detail in transforming the robots. I got dragged out during the credits, but I managed to spy 3 scenes and I'm guessing there were more towards the end. Oh well, have to go see it again!

thought it was funny during that scene where the autobots were 'hiding' too.. the comedy is great. Can't wait for the next one to come out. Don't think it's a movie that would tier (sp?) with sequels

fantastic movie. Some cheesy moments.....but impossible to have transformers without cheesy moments.
I noticed they got a lot of sound effects in there do. But where was the whole "duh-na-nah-naah" when they change scenes?

The original transforming sound wasn't long enough to keep up with most of the transformations so it was either ditch the sound or just put it in in a few spots or make the tranformations fast enough to match the sound ut then you wouldn't be able to see much of how they changed.

loved it & went with the fiance & few friends to see it. think I was the oldest kid there lol. was one of the best movies I've ever seen. Transformers was one of my toys when I was a kid & to see the movie at my age was just awesome. transformers will be around for many many more years to come. think it was about 2.5 hours long. went in about 8.30pm came out about 11pm. well worth goin to see. Highly recomended A++

I really wasn't sure if they would ruin my child hood memories of the carton series or not...it sounds like it could be a really good movie...very very keen to go after what I've read!!!

I was told beforehand that it was drawn out but it didn't feel that way at all. Some people have their heads to far up their asses.

What an awesome kick arse movie. Absolute 9.9/10 for me. Pity the Aprillia scene was so short though. Can't wait for the next one!

I find "that's a grown up thing" works well for my kids... it's not a lie, doesn't put a negative slant on it and prevents futher questions as they go child to child asking about it.

Well - does for my kids anyway... I'm willing to bet it comes up in dicussions at school...!
