I got a Cutty Sark ship in a bottle model kit, some cool little historical scottish military figures, one of those ornate dagger on a piece of wood to hang on the wall thingies, a giant toblerone, a pen with my name on it, some glasses, and best of all my parents are taking the kids on holiday for 7 days!

I got heated grips for the Goose, two books, the U2 CD, possum fur socks (luxury!), jewellery, chocolates (a few too many... well, not really!), clothing, wine, toiletries, calendars, photo frame (with a scooter on it!) and way too many tins of biscuits I'll never eat...

And my mother even decided to spend Christmas with us so that was good, she doesn't drive and doesn't like to put anyone to any bother (she only lives in Lower Hutt...), and we also had Andy's parents and brother and his family here for the evening, so I can't really complain about Christmas this year. We all survived and will hopefully carry on safely for the New Year.
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

I got myself one present from Flybuys but haven't yet opened it because I'm not too sure where I left it Last saw it the day before Christmas
90% of the time spent writing this post was spent thinking of something witty to say. It may have been wasted.
