Congrats Duckman. As long as she knows that your bike and riding time is a priority !!

My missus periodically hints at a ring and I keep saying the more she hints the longer she is delaying it. $280 for a meal - FFS - are those Auckland prices or what?

I took her out for dinner on Sat night and it only cost $45 (although I know the owner and it should have cost about $66 - 2 wines, a 'meat' main each + main veges and bowl of rice).

Are you having a bike entourage at the wedding - I reckon that would be the coolest.

    Excellent stuff Duckman. Congrats.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Thanks everyone - Sarah's well aware of my motorcycle priorities so I don't see that being a problem.

I like the idea of a motorcycle motorcade!! Very cool.

We'll be having a party to celebrate soon and of course your all invited.
I'll put up a message when I have some details.
    Not even with yours!!!

What better way to celebrate than going for a ride on an awesome day?
Many congratulations... especially because it means I can point out to my wife that there are other guys out there that take even longer than me to propose!!

ps... My wedding advice from the old man.... I should avoid looking at Playboy / Penthouse magazines and Vicki should avoid looking at House and Garden magazines and you will both be happy....

Of course we didn't really know much about the Internet then and....

    Oh well....
