    You were lucky it was your back....

    Mine is my (throttle) wrist...... it was bent right back inwards where it wasnt meant to be..... At first I thought FARK it is broken..... but I do have movement in it....

    A tad sore up the forearm thou... But hey at least I survived...just !


    I can still ride my bike..... so that is the main thing.....

    The wrist and forearm has been tenderised..... by the big man himself.
