Owen is a talking motorcycle, and together with genuis ex-Nasa Astronaut Jack Black, they fight crime.

No, the bike's name is "Heat Vision", and the voice is done by Owen Wilson, Jack Black's ex flatmate, who was melted into the bike by NASA as they tried to recapture Jack, who was made super-mega intelligent by the power of light, as his space capsule got too close to the sun and irradiated his brain.
