Which oil in a gsxr1100wt motor?

am wanting to start doing my own oil so was wondering what oil do i use in a gsxr 1100 wt motor? it's done nearlt 40,000kms. Also what oil filter? are there diferent oil filters?

Ran Spectra Gold 10 /40 in my 93 WP{ which you now own } for 10ys as well as Dragged raced it when I could was Excellent .

Castrol GPS semi-synthetic would be fine, too. It's the oil I use when any of our bikes have gone past the 6,000km mark

Same motor I believe KR , Did you put the 40mm carbs back onto it from the WP motor & the CDI box to ? . Any of the top oils now adays will be good &
semi-synthetic will do the job too .

Run - Mobil 4T1 15/50 - in the Aprilia RSVR & alot use it in their race bikes too !

yeah pretty much just had the motors swaped over so still had the same crabs etc. It Goes really well

Will be in Welly on Friday at TSS M/C getting mates Aprilia with new Map for his bike would be good to see my old GSXR1100 , should be there around lunch .

go throught johnsonville. I park my bike at kfc Johnsonville on Fridays from 11:30am until 8pm
