Ride Up Norf...

OK, ITS SETTLED. THURSDAY, 8.30,LEAVE AT 9. FROM SHELL AT WESTGATE. SEE YA THERE.OK. Who's up for a ride up north. Thursday this week. nice early start,as the weather looks like it might be good. Meet at the Shell Westgate at 8.30 ,to leave around 9. not to sure on the route as yet, but once we get an idea on numbers we can get a more definate idea on what day is best and the route. what i will say is we won't be breaking any land speed records.

so come on PM me and lets have a day out of the smoke.

I'm heading north (Whangarei) on Wednesday, and should be heading home again on Friday sometime... Don't wanna spend too long with the in-laws...

So yeah... which route are you taking?

The earlier I know which day the better for me as I should be able to organise a baby sitter for my young fella and guide thee through this vastness called Norfland.
However thursday would suit a certain someone better than friday....your call Neil

Yeah mate, sounds good. How many km's you looking at doing? I would prefer not to be riding back in the dark if possible.

Might be a bit far if you guys are limited on time/balls but it's just north of Kaikohe and leads to Kaitaia.
Divinely cambered corners...porn in my opinion mate.
Best option re time is prolly an Opo run...mmmmmmm......Waipoua

I don't really mind too much, Neil do you need to be back in Aucks on Thursday night or would you consider staying in Whangarei on Thurday night(if you havn't packed up the beds Chris). I don't relly mind how far we go but just don't want to be riding home in the dark.
