    Gained weight over Christmas?

    I did, what about you?

Did the old weigh in a week before Christmas and again last night. Seems that I've put on two kg from all of the food consumed. After all, what's Christmas day like if you don't have three meals - right! Well yours truly only ate two but the second meal started at 10am and finished at 5pm - think that makes up for skipping the third meal (Boxing day also had only two)

As they say, , I've got more chocolate cookies to eat and chocolate self-sauce pudding to consume (failed miserably to eat the whole tub after eating some pizza before hand) ...

At least my weight loss in the lead up to Christmas leaves my weight nicely in the balance
so there's no need for me to panic The power to weight ratio on the FXR hasn't be damaged.

That is only just short of a pound or 3,500 calories so not a major plus depends whether you used same scales, time of day, water drunk etc etc.

Going to be gaining weight. Among the stuff I got for Christmas there's a box that holds 5 A4 reams of paper overflowing with home made biscuits. I think there's only 2 packets of Scorched Almonds, no idea how much chocolate and lollies, a bottle of Port, bottle of Wine and bottle of Vodka. My doctor is going to cry.

Whoops, bugger, you are right.................in that case he would have had to eaten 16,000 extra calories which is an awful lot............

Luckily, we have no scales at home, but I'm SURE I've gained some. Eight days or so in the US is not conducive to staying slim, as all the food is SO high in calories and the portions so huge.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

I was 86kg before Xmas and without weighing myself I knew I'd put on a bit so I've been good for the last week (Haven't touched any of the chocolate stuff I was given ... I let everyone else eat it). I feel about right again now but I will weigh myself to confirm sometime.

Okay...I weighed 98.6kg before Christmas and still weigh the same.........and I ate lots of mince pies and had 2 Christmas Day dinners.............so me wonders how accurate scales people have used are and if they have used same scales.........cause Disco 1/2 a stone extra is a lot of extra eating man

Just noticed you gave up smoking before Christmas so this could be reason as your metabolism is slowing down.............

Very true though I try to keep those variables to a minimum and always use the same scales on the bathroom lino floor. Can feel that I've gained some weight.
