Well, my weight loss progress has been zero kg![]()
Just days after starting this thread, a fellow worker returned from holidays sick. I caught this cold and that put an end to my cycling & diet plans. Reverted back to my "see" food diet and rode the motorcycle every day! (that's one of the best things about being sick). Riding the bike allows me to avoid being exposed to cold air which historically has made me get sicker or relapse.
Now that I've shaken it, I'd better get back into the programme![]()
