Thanks for the BBQ BB Trish and I enjoyed ourself's. Must remember not ta eat sour sweets when having Bourbon though, LOL.
Good ta finally ta meet AJTurbo and BuellBabe.
Thanks for the Blackbird offer, Blackbird2. look forward ta taking ya up on that offer another day Always good ta catch up with ya mate.
Back home all safe a sound.
"Roxanne's" new part worked well. For those not in the know, "Roxanne" spit the dummy @ Taupo Track when Trish &I arrive there to watch the racing. The plastic coolant Y-joiner shattered.
One of the racers, Carl Garnett, contacted his marine fabicater mate, Brendon in Taupo (workshop is 14a Matati Rd, Taupo and does awesome work. Work phone No: 07 3781662. Has done a few Trumpy parts before). He got the part 4pm and was all Fixed by 6pm on NY's Eve with Stainless Steel Joiner made for me. $60 and "Roxanne" was up and running again. I was very lucky. The Towie was cool too, and my HRC Rescue paided for that (sweet).

Got back ta BabyB's fa NY's Eve no problems.
Rode back ta Whangarei NY's Day. that was all good until SH16, where I managed ta pick up a speeding ticket for 116KPM in a 100KPM zone (and not even a blip out of my detector). It was really tireing ride back the rest of the way @ road legal speeds (and getting past by Grannies on thge Waipu/Ruakaka Straights).
But hey, we got back home safe[/COLOR]

Thank again fa ya hospitality, BabyB,

    Trish and Doug

And what a loverly shade of green the tarmac beneath Roxanne was!! I'll pass on your gratitude to Carl and Brendon tomorrow.

So how was the barbie? It was pissing down when I went past baby B's road, fine down at greerton, then fuggin torrential from the Kaimai school for the last 3K's home.

Yer, thanks for that What. They deserve that. They were awesome. They showed True Biker/Country Code that day, and get a "Black Knight" rating from me.

Weather and company was good at BabyB's. Those that were not there really missed out
