She is clearly not alone in this (apart from the going to jail bit) so they are either all nutters or there is more to this story.

The website link posted earlier has a form where you can anonymously send details of sightings.

Another thing I've noticed in some earlier posts is people saying that they wouldn't just sit around like the father is doing.

The thing is, as anyone who's been through Family Court knows, you just can't go off your rocker. The father is doing the right thing at the moment. Going off the deep end can cause big problems when you get to discuss custody again. Best to keep your mouth shut and let the "authorities" deal with it, unfortunately, despite how you personally feel. I hope all of you people never have to face family court.

It sucks, but the alternative is to lose the custody battle ..
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

As to the father getting custody....... the old story: MONEY TALKS.
Yep the daddy has money and got a good lawyer onto it.
Let the real truth come out as to what really happened and the reason why they are protecting this little boy.
Keep money out of the courts and let the truth be known.
According to Michael Laws, the reason the father was given sole custody was that the mother has at every step failed to comply with previous court orders regarding access arrangements, she even skipped off to Australia at one point.

She's had somewhere in the high teens of different lawyers herself, because this means they get to start the whole thing from scratch every time.

Basically Chris Jones was given custody as the judge saw it was the only way to ensure he had any access to Jayden.

He's been handed back the day ol' mum is due back in court......

Jayden Headley Comes Out Of Hiding

    NewsRoom.co.nz Agency Story at 11:01 am, 23 Jan 2007

A six-year-old Hamilton boy and his grandfather who have been missing for five months have come out of hiding.

Jayden Headley and his grandfather, Dick Headley, presented themselves at the Hamilton police station this morning.

Mr Headley has been arrested and charged with kidnapping and will appear in court this afternoon.

Today's depositions hearing for the boy's mother, Kay Skelton, who has also been charged with kidnapping, has been adjourned.

She has been in jail since October for refusing to reveal her son's whereabouts.

She wept in court this morning as she was told that her son and father had now turned up.

Her custody will be reviewed in the High Court this afternoon.

I'm glad that he has been handed over to the police. I hope that he is not too emotionally scarred by his ordeal and can now get on with the serious business of being a normal little boy.

ABOUT FUCKEN TIME TOO. Shit this riles me. Play games with the law, no worries... lock yourself up for being a silly bitch - no worries... but fucking around with the lives and relationship of a father and son (or any parent and child) is just beyond me.

That grandfather will be lucky to get out of this uninjured I reckon. I'm not condoning violence at all but the gravity of this is huge.

Fuck 'im. If Grandad did what I think he's done I hope he gets jail time too

It should be noted that Jayden's "mum" is in jail for Contempt of Court for refusing to supply details of his whereabouts, and her continued detention at Her Majesty's Pleasure is entirely in the hands of the Judge who imprisoned her.
