Question Insurance, who would you choose?

looking at changing insurance companies for my blackbird.

    my dilemma is
$515.50 with $1000 excess with classic cover
or kiwibike $692.28 with 500 excess!

    anyone had experience with either?
i hear only good things about both so i cant decide

Im with Kiwibike, been with them since I started riding, and they gave me a pretty awesome discount for my no claims bonus! like 300$ off my excess. sweet!

They get my vote for sure.

Classic Cover. Brilliant company to deal with, Maria especially.

They have a permanent customer and pimp in me, for sure.

Got to agree with J2, Maria at Classic Cover was great. Had my 10 week old machine replaced recently by them and all went smoothly. Mind you I'm still waiting for the new machine! Hey....wait a minute!

kiwibike hands down, just to give you some idea why - i picked up my bike on sunday, it had been written off and repaired by Shaun but he was away racing.

who to the rescue? none other than Dave himself from KiwiBike Insurance (and Donna too), he picked up the bike from Shaun's and stored it in his garage, i flew up on sunday and he rode it out to the airport for me.

also he managed a sweet sweet deal when my bike was written off - he got them to give it to me for FREE! and whats more they agreed not to register the bike as written off!

So in my eyes KiwiBike are the best, great team, great service and affordable!

no as it wasnt technically "written off" they just paid out, we just call it that cos its easier than explaining what happened
