    Frosty race report Teratonga

Well folks Id like to be able to give a glowing report on my first nats race meeting.I cant do that --basicly I rode badly all weekend. The way i was riding by the end of the meeting--doing 72s was how i should have stated o ut -I could give a bunch of excuses but in essence I stuffed it up.I did have a darn good time and realise it takes me a lot longer than most to get dialed into a track.

Hey Frosty, you were there mate and that is the first step NOW, take a breath, slow down in your head, try to relax a wee bit and I am sure you will go quicker.

Take a couple of laps around Timaru behind Tourqe, treat it as ride to the shop for a pint of milk instead of RACING PRACTICE, and just relax on the bike
