Hey everyone,
Havn't been on here for months but now that I have my licence and my first bike I thought I'd jump back on and say hi.
Last week I brought a '02 KLX250, road reg'd and ready to roll.
So far I've taken it up to Muriwai and a quick blat around the forest.Proberbly choose the worst possible time to make my beach debut as the tide was right in and I could only muck around on the soft stuff and around the stream up there which wasn't that great but a good lesson none the less.
Then earlier on this morning I took the bike up the Riverhead forest and looked for somewhere I could ride around, I ended up on a tight clay track which was slippery as hell, came to a slight decline and the bike decided it was time I hopped off so I ended up with a dirty knee and the bike ended up with slightly bent bars,nothing a bit of tugging can't fix I am sure.

Anyway, I'd be very keen to meet up with a few of you, especially with a few around my current skill level (low) and just go out and learn a few things about what I can do to have more fun.
