Hey zrxer, do they start up any of these unholy creations? It always strikes me as incredibly frustrating that you never get hear any of the machines at functions like this.

Not that I could hear 'em even if you did kick 'em in the guts, 'cos I'm stuck at work........

[QUOTE=Ixion;922206]Thaz OK. I've GOT a flat bastard (several in fact) and a King Dick. (and none of these bastards have any idea wot we're talking about).QUOTE]

    Some of us do...

Good show for sure! Hope MNZ are encouraged and put it on again! Hope, too, that next time more dealers will be encouraged to contribute.

Second time I've seen Burt's Indian and agree I still find it hard to believe just how tiny it is!

Had a brief chat to Aaron Slight and our very own BD!

The Stratosphere was very interesting, one had to stop and look and look again to take in all the clever little bits. Was smaller than I expected, too. I think I'd want one!

Good line up of classics along with all of us older bikers reliving their youth while examining them. Shame Classic_Z couldn't get his Z1300 there this time as it was one of the bikes missing in the line-up. Maybe next time, Tim?

The visitor's bikes parked outside were as interesting as the one's inside, too. Some extreme stunt/sports creations including a very tasty R1 based streetfighter! Sorry didn't get a pic!

Great to see the demographic covered from young kids and teens both girls and boys to really old folk! Shows the interest in bikes is as healthy as ever and bodes well for the future!

    Kudos MNZ!

Good show all in all. Nice displays, tonnes of old (and new) bikes to drool over and really good demonstrations by the offroad boys.

Really looking forward to the next one.

I really enjoyed this show and reckon it has the potential to be a pretty big event in the years to come. Great location too with plenty of room inside for displays, and outside for demos. Perhaps next year there can be a stunt riding display???

Couldn't believe how tiny Burt Munro's bike is - how did it not fall to pieces at the speeds he was doing?

And that Stratosphere.... looks pretty wicked in the flesh. They just need to get someone with an eye for colour to do the seat. Orangey-tan on silver is NOT a winning combination!

yeah the show was worth it and can only hope it gets bigger and better. Was surprised at the lack of riding accessories on display, maybe next year.

    Excellent Start

Enjoyed the show, well done guys.

It was a great start and I hope it gets better and better.

A bit disappointing not to see KTM, Aprilia, Guzzi, Triumph etc. I hope they paid attention to the professional job you guys did and sign on next year.

The Trials and FMX were great too: more of that next time please, maybe a pit bike race track??

Yer, was disappointed by the lack of Manufactures there. Good Start but More please. Bigger and better. Let's have a real bike show.
Missed the dam Trails demo, bugger it all.

Went to the Classic Bike Racing @ Puke too. Great to see the Britten running and the Rotary Norton 588cc "The White Charger" (shit could that bike go). By the far the best out of the two IMHO.
Now if they combined the 2 with the display in the Centre Fields of Puke, that would be totally awesome

I heard it was fun; apparently Pav couldn't keep the front wheel on the road in 3 gears (but then he always was a pretty good show off with the wheel aimed at god)

I quite liked the yellow/black look but since I've just bought the KTM, a Morini will have a while to wait before it sees the inside of my garage.

Sue probably expects me to get a job or summit too!!?
