"Not at this stage but could change", does that mean that its a pssibility??? We have to show these northislanders and have a good local turnout! But I look out the window and hear only howling gales and see choppy seas. Had a good ride yesterday , right down to Taiaroa Head and back, discovered I can do approx 272 km before needing reserve, and that I cant flick to reserve while still moving as fingers not dexterious enough with gloves on.

We have a group of about 35 riders in Northern Southland who get together when able to meet for rides. We have an e-mail list and have an arranged place to meet. Normally the Golf club rooms. We dont pay any kind of membership etc. It works really well and everyone has a great time...All having the shared love of bikes.

    Pick me pick me.
I've actually been out Thurs Sat and Sunday.... Just looked outside saw the blue sky... looked at desk... picked up helmet. New bike + nice weather is not good for getting work done.
Was bloody cold on thursday, but both days this weekend were really nice. Was still wearing plenty underneath. And hot grips a must.
Roads seem to be fine, just gotta take it easy where they have put grit down, but wheel tracks are clear, and there is not much round. Roads a bit wet but fine but not slippery if you take it easy (ish)
Clocked up over 1000kms on my new Triumph in the last 2 weeks i've had it (and no I didn't take it out in the snow)
Oh and I passed my full on friday as well.
