Sucks to be in Welly at the moment - not

Stuntz commented in another thread about how it was good weather in Welly today and crap everywhere else.

Sorry to rub it in chaps but check out the photo. I'm two doors down from Wellington Motorcycles.

And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I rode out from town to TSS at lunchtime. It's even hotter in Petone than it is in town. Ferkin nice ride. Thank goodness for a mesh jacket. I should be posting this from a waterfront hostelry in Napier...

    I'm all sweaty....
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

It's too hot for my normal jacket, what's this mesh stuff? Is it still protective? Does anyone make thin kevlar jackets which let the air through? Like Draggins for your top? I just got home and I'm sweating like a pig.

someone bag some sunshine and courier it north, please.

absolutly pissing down up here. after two days of riding in a tshirt and working on a tan, im back into double jackets. and the bitch of it is, the second i stop the bike, i start sweating, cos its still hot, just wet, and too risky not to ride in double jackets. [bloody fresh white paint everywhere. fuckers.]

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Heather's in Masterton and the car temp says 33 degrees outside.

I just walked around the waterfront. I like how the young girlies glisten in this weather.

    Thank goodness for sunnies.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Dont look too long, you will get labeled a pervert and then the young girlies will scream and cry and complain about emotional harm caused by this sweaty old man with a pair of binos looking at them.

Hehe, Im glad Im in the SI
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods
