I'm lookin to sell my zx6r. Just want to see if anyone's interested here before I front up the cash to chuck it on trademe.

    It's a 1996 ZX6R F1
2 owners from new. It's done some serious touring so has 108,000km's on it but still feels as smooth as when I bought it at 65k. I've got the service book somewhere which shows its full history from new. I've been giving it an oil and filter change every 5000k's since I got it.
Cosmetically it's really tidy. Never been dropped and has 3m film on the tank and on the tail section around the pack rack.
It got a new set of conti road attacks on it before xmas which are hardly worn and the chain and sprockets are pretty new too. It's got a 1 month old warrant which it got without any problems.
It's got a pack rack on it and air horns.

Only selling because I want something with a little more grunt (and that beefy v-twin sound!)

    $4500

LOL, [OWNED]. Nice. Gonna move the plate on to your new bike?

Nice looking machine - good luck with the sale.

Yeah got the plate on the street magic for now. You'll have trouble finding another zx6 of this age in as good condition.

Comes with a Haynes manual too.
