Obviously you need to know if they are warped first before sending them to him but if it does come to that, you can pm me and I will get you his address and ph number, no shit he is the man !
However if it turns out that its not the discs maybe it could be your bearings ? Maybe with a passenger its taking some of the load off your front wheel... if I was you I would take the bike to cycletreads on barrys point road in takapuna on the shore - they will be able to diagnose your problem within a few minutes..
    (they did for me)
Confident the aprilia rsv4, IS the one

The easiest way to check if your discs are warped is to get your front wheel off the ground - spin the front wheel and look at the discs from the front and see if they spin true..
Also if they are bent you would probably notice that you could Brake - then the discs would push the piston away so the next time you hit the brake the lever would come back to the bar.
Spin that front wheel and check if they are warped, if they are - take them off your bike, send them to Steve at f1 engineering in Hamilton and he will straighten them for you
(I had a high impact crash and bent my discs - He straightened them for about 150-200 bucks) He is the man - you should not need to buy new ones.
There wasn't any impact so if they're straightened and the cause of the problem isn't fixed won't they just warp again?

Where did you get your rs250 from ?
A certain large dealership on Khyber Pass Rd.

They're good guys at Cycletreads but I didn't know they did anything with brakes beyond replacing pads. I was going to take it there for a new chain and sprockets soon so I'll ask what they can do. Its almost time for the top-end rebuild as well so maybe thats a better time to sort it while the engine is in bits.
