To answer Fish's comments: Most wealty Macau / Hongkong Chinese send their children to Australia, Canada, USA, England for higher education. Their sons and daughters apply a driver license in the countries where they are persue their higher education. Those sons and daughter will come frequently back home collecting money from the parents and getting drank and getting stoned and have no real regard to others. I see them offten. They gamble and have after midnight road races with modified and overpowered Japanese cars. I assume that they get this inspirations from Chinese, Japanaese or Hollywood movies."
