cbr250rr front end

does anyone know if the cbr250rr front end (forks, brakes etc) will bolt straight onto the cbr20r?

You'll need the whole front end as the brakes, brake mounts are all different. If the head stock fits the frame well, then most of it will work, you'll just have to check if the handle bars will clear the frame and petrol tank - the handle bars on the RR go below the top triple tree, whereas on the R they're above - quite a height difference.
