    Need huge help 05' YZ125 Clutch mechanics

    Hello everybody! My 2005 YZ125 is breaking the clutch's push rod and push lever axle. I bought new parts and during the first minute test the bike broke them again. Sympthom: The clutch gets stuck "dead". Someone help me!!! If you know someone who should know please tell him my email is amoreno@onelinkpr.net.     Without knowing more about what you may've done with (to) your clutch previously...it's a tad hard to say.
    Is it safe to assume you've got the genuine Yamaha owners /race tuning manual?
    If not, have a look at..

    You don't have the short pushrod (#17 in the fiche picture) and the thrust bearing (#18) round the wrong way do you?
    Have you had the clutch ass apart lately? There's not too many reasons why the clutch has 'gone solid'......too many plates.....? Pressure plate and springs have 'issues'?
