    Interesting qualifying at Ruapuna

Production Superbike: nothing between Stroud and Bugden, then over a second back to the rest

    1 1 Andrew Stroud 1:31.845
    2 R Robbie Bugden 1:31.888
    3 56 Craig Shirriffs 1:33.083
    4 9 Brendon Marshall 1:33.255
    5 C Scott Charlton 1:33.793 5
    6 S Chris Seaton 1:33.942

600 Sport Production: Slammin' Sam Smith is on fire, with Shirriffs over a second off the pace

    1 88 Sam Smith 1:34.200
    2 2 Andrew Stroud 1:34.661
    3 C Scott Charlton 1:35.088
    4 S Chris Seaton 1:35.205 5
    5 1 Craig Shirriffs 1:35.630

I take nothing away from the guys who fronted up, but where are have all the Production Superbike riders gone? Only 14 entrants to a round at what is supposed to be one of our best tracks, and close to a major population centre........

So Dom Jones is in street stock? I'm hoping to get out there today for a look. As for Superbikes- only 19? I feel a new thread coming on

He was out there as a "Trainer". not that I managed to see him he must have had trouble keeping up with the mighty FXR.
