Missing the Easter bunny hunt again this year. Sorry Chaps and chapesses. But next year, I have to be back in NZ in time for it, wife to be says so.

The weather was great this year, warm days and clear but cold nights. We did OK not as good as we would like but were happy with the total and we all had fun which was the purpose of the trip.

Well......mmmm.....can't argue about its reliability and adaptability. Not accurate over 300m and fires high to the left so I've read. And it was developed in 1947 so its a 60yr old design...although I think most versions are the 1952 model.

Talking of these types of weapons.

Have you noticed that when fired in the moivies they seem to be able to go full auto for 30 seconds or more. Not too bad for a 30 round magazine (approx) that most have.

Any one remember "Predator"?

One soldier fires a hand held mini gun and fires for what seems like an eternity. I would hate to have to lug the firearm around let alone the thousands of rounds they must have used in that long and protracted session of firing.
