Great idea Nigel. I am happy to help out in any way that I can - just let me know what I can do.

I generally only have Sunday's off but if it starts later in the Afternoon a Saturday may also be feasible. Having said that from the 11 Feb I am having two weeks off and will be attempting to get in as much riding as possible before becomin a poor student again with no money for petrol.

I would be in like Flynn, but as usual commitments (aka Family) have me bundled up like a boar by a pack of hunting dogs

I'm usually the flying tail-end charlie, but there's no prob with me helping you out Donor and anyone else (when I have a bit of freedom where I can get it!)

On ya all for committing to excellence and learning to master your ride!
    Cheers Limpy,

As I am by no means a guru, and do not expect our esteemed ... guest riders I suppose we could call them ... to have to mentor a whole pack in just a few hours, this is pretty much going to be just a social ride. It's to allow a few knee knocking knewbies to ride unashamedly slower than the flow of traffic, as well as give them time to formulate questions about the days pootling that can either be fired at our guests, or to the rest of our happy fambily here on KB.

It's amazing how much I have learned not during my time on the road, rather, after I have arrived home, and through a bit of reflection on events prior.

Mate, I know how brilliant this community is with supporting us newer bodies. I thought about chucking biking at one point as I didn't feel it was my thing... after a few 250 rides and some sage words from many KBers, I look forward to the day my riding days out number cage time!

Lets just hope you don't put Rockers above or below your L plates! (apparently mods are okay it's just rockers the gangs have difficulty with.)

What about the Bodgies and the Widgies?

    Are they still "cool"?

I am very impressed that you can find a corner between two roads that run parallel to each other
