    ADR/low volume compliance import question

Seeking advice from those in the know please: according to the LTSA infosheets (2.11), importing a motorcycle from Australia can be as straightforward as proving ownership, and then provided it was manufactured before 2002 (see attached) all you need to do is provide proof of ADR compliance by showing the ADR compliance plate - an example of which is helpfully provided on the LTSA website (also attached).

But... the vehicle I am looking at, made in 2000, has only a 'Low Volume Procedure' Approval plate. Anyone know from experience if this satisfies the NZ LTSA's criteria?

    Thanks in advance.
