Yes, it's all to do with refraction. The change in speed of your light-waves due to them passing through a series of different mediums (your computer monitor's glass screen) is causing a change in direction which is preventing the file from properly connecting to the server.

But seriously, it's because you can't upload a ~14MB JPEG ffs, lol. The maximum size of JPEG that you can upload is 1MB. How big is the flaming thing? Shrink it down.

i have a max limit of total 13mb worth of attachments since i joined around 2 years ago that's the problem since when did that happen?!?! is it cus of diffraction points? of course none of the people who know this **** help me. blah.

i think it's the hypertransport link joining my dualcore cpu tahts been refracted throuhg the pci bus and is stopping the file being registered as 63312 bytes. i blame the southbridge. infact no it's the cas latencies set wrong and the tras being run out of spec too. maybe i need to bump the volts up eh. yes no **** i'm a geek but why is there a 13mb max total file attachment limit on this board...

all good man, i think it's cus i'm diffracted/refracted heaps or something. only happened since the last two ones. thanks hitler and joney. i'll just use putfile and embed them, the tag won't be blocked that way. whoops.
