Ive got some gear in there at the moment. Further to what Lou has said:

Head down the flight of stairs, and on your right is a 'exit'... head towards that and she is then on your left... the shop can be quite hard to find at first...

Phone first to make sure that she is in, as she has to pick up or drop off her child at school etc..

I had some leather pants repaired/altered by a place at the Greerton shopping centre (by the racecourse in Tauranga). That was a few years ago, but she did a good job. I think it was called "Letheren Suede".
