    Hello all

Hello all, found this site on the net. Being a bit green in bikes it is good to have people u can ask and talk to.

From Auckland and have done my "cage" (new word for me) motorsports stuff. Like racing cars or bikes in a 240rwkW skyline. That was a few years ago and the need for speed is not that great anymore, went to thailand recently and enjoyed scootering around v.much and so decided to get a bike in NZ. Thanks to the members on here I have decided to get a VTR250 as my 1st bike. So should be fun.

Look foward to meeting u guys and contrib from my cage experiences.

    Cheers
    Zapf

Hi Zapf - welcome to KB!!

    Being frustrated is disagreeable.

But the real disasters in life begin when you get what you want.

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

Hey welcome to the site, i'm sure you will enjoy your self. I totally agree with you it is great fun riding round Thailand on bikes (I was over there last summer), much more bike aware than here and the temperature is also better.

Welcome Zapf, and the VTR is an excellent choice.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

tkns. Got my VTR delivered today, so I rode it up and down my street about 20 times. Just like a school boy who just got his bike!

I'll venture out further when I know how to handle her better. All I can say is that a VTR250 is quite different to a GN250.
