Bike parking in Welly

I know parking for bikes in Welly is at a premium, but its clowns like this git that make it really hard. No wonder my mirrors are constantly getting broken and my fairings scratched to buggery. Rider must be a rake or something. I have a good mind to simply drag the little fecker out into the middle of the road.

That's a pain eh.... I get that at work sometimes as there's more bikes than space, worse one is when they're just to your right, so you have room to get onto your bike etc... but come to stand up the bike and you're touching theirs... end up almost pulling the bike out from it's rear at some weird angle.

The problem with scooters is that they park upright and have no idea how difficult it is to move a bike out of that situation when it is on a lean to start with.

The good thing is the scooter will cushion your bike's fall should the unthinkable happen.

If I havta leave before this goof, then because I'm on a sidestand, I just cannot get the bike up on level without "accidentally" bumping other bikes. In cases like this though, my conscience is relatively clear.

How about...

Go for a ride at lunch time and move his little scooter onto the side walk where it can get a ticket for standing in the middle of the show.

I am sure you can play the dumb blond act with this one and say you could not get out because he park in the way.
(You actually did him a favor to move his precious scooter as far away as possible from other cage drivers).

How about this wait till a bus pulls up and tie the feckers bike to the rear bumper!!Then watch it get dragged along behind the bus for a few K's then you will find you are feeling happier, and Sorry did I say Bike! I meant to say motorised roller skate. Those scooters are the chiuaua of the motorcycle world and if you get the chance you should chase it like a hungry Rottweiler
until it tires, then kill it!!!!!

In the motorcycle road code it says that mopeds (under 2KW) can park on the sidewalk me thinks. But of course, not in the way of everybody.

Pick the bloody scooter up and throw it on the pavement and leave it there on its side.

burn it, take a can of lighter fluid (yes thats all it will probably need) and a lighter and do the world a favour. Its pretty easy to act dumb, believe me, I did it all the way through school...

Gave the guy a call after tea and reminded him of the importance of consideration otherwise some of the above may just happen in the future. He was really noice about it too...
