Much of the fun this season will be watching to see when the Blues' captain, the famously brain-dead oaf Troy Flavell, loses his rag and gets binned.

Happened last night. Something about falling with his elbow on the throat of a Crusader.

I'm so over rugby. 8 weeks since they finished and now it's on again. I might be a little more interested in April when the cricket season has finished and winter sport is supposed to start.

    HOWEVER

Otago won last night and Canterbury lost so I'm as happy as I could be about those results

What was the score of Auckland v Canterbury? I'm a Crusaders supporter, but put my money (Telecom Virtual Rugby) on Auckland by 1 - 12.

Not that I give much of a crap about rugby any more either, though. I used to care about it when I was a kid. Then I cared if we won but didn't care enough to watch... and now I just don't care. It was bit boring when Canterbury won all the time, much more challenge when you have to fight back.
