Sometime between 28 Dec and 6 Jan, Nighthawk and I were thinking of doing the Southern scenic route. Dunedin - Catlins - Invercargill - Riverton - Manapouri - Te Anau - Milford.

and we were wondering if anyone else wanted to join us.

Probably overnight somewhere camping, and decide on a route home later, through central otago or just straight back to Dunedin.
Come and ride the Southern Roads with us.

I've been mulling over the same idea for a few days. Prolly any day 'cept Xmas & NY. But daughter's down from Orkers, so that takes precedence.
Should be able to work round it, though.

Me and Paula are going up on Xmas Eve... staying at Millers Flat camping ground and then do the Rally thing on Xmas morning home in the afternoon, though I could stay an extra night and go home boxing day (Paula has work)

I THINK were staying at CBs sons waterski-school place about 4km before Millers Flat, although I HAVE been known to be wrong....
