So anyone doing day run to long drop rally?
Tied up this weekend. (now there's an idea, but it won't fly with the wife i fear).Planning on Dansey's pass tho

Definitely heading up on the Friday - was thinking I would head away from home after a prompt lunch and from Dunedin between 2-3pm. How does that compare to other travel plans???
Is anyone else interested in a blast up the Pig Root (or Middlemarch road and Hyde hill) and then over the Danseys Pass ?? - or are you heading up via Maheno etc?. If I'm going over the Danseys all loaded up I'd rather do it without a hangover!!!.
Chris has been over the Danseys on the Custard Square so lots of riders could do it if they want to and take their time

via Maheno for me. Don't do gravel if I can avoid it.

Neither do i except when "directed" to Curio Bay via the "scenic route" by the back seat driver!
